Training Programs Darrell Markewitz has
extensive experience working with forged metals,
extending back to the late 1970's. Since the late
1980's, he has offered a series of hands-on workshop
programs in blacksmithing and related metalworking
skills at the Wareham Forge. Located in rural
Grey County, about 2 hours NW of Toronto,

Know your Instructor Darrell is a skilled demonstrator and teacher - starting from his work as a historic interpreter / artisan at living history museums. He has given workshop programs at museums, universities and blacksmithing events in Canada, the USA and Europe. Hands on courses at the Wareham Forge
stress direct student experience. SMALL class sizes (2 -
4 students), each has their own fully equipped work
